sec.415 When tribunal must not conduct review
The tribunal must not conduct a review of a treatment authority if— an appeal to the Mental Health Court against the tribunal’s decision on a review of the authority is pending; and the court has stayed the tribunal’s decision on the review of the authority.
- (a) an appeal to the Mental Health Court against the tribunal’s decision on a review of the authority is pending; and
- (b) the court has stayed the tribunal’s decision on the review of the authority.
