sec.410 Particular decisions of no effect for classified patient
This section applies if the tribunal does any of the following on a review of a treatment authority, forensic order or treatment support order for a person who is a classified patient— changes the category of the authority or order to community; orders limited community treatment for the person; approves limited community treatment for the person. The change, order or approval is of no effect while the person is a classified patient. (sec.410-ssec.1) This section applies if the tribunal does any of the following on a review of a treatment authority, forensic order or treatment support order for a person who is a classified patient— changes the category of the authority or order to community; orders limited community treatment for the person; approves limited community treatment for the person. (sec.410-ssec.2) The change, order or approval is of no effect while the person is a classified patient.
- (a) changes the category of the authority or order to community;
- (b) orders limited community treatment for the person;
- (c) approves limited community treatment for the person.
