sec.405 Access to seized thing
This section applies to a thing seized on a search under this part. Until the thing is forfeited or returned under this division, the searcher must allow its owner to inspect it and, if it is a document, to copy it. Subsection (1) does not apply if it is impracticable or would be unreasonable to allow the inspection or copying. (sec.405-ssec.1) This section applies to a thing seized on a search under this part. (sec.405-ssec.2) Until the thing is forfeited or returned under this division, the searcher must allow its owner to inspect it and, if it is a document, to copy it. (sec.405-ssec.3) Subsection (1) does not apply if it is impracticable or would be unreasonable to allow the inspection or copying.
