sec.393 Requirement to explain to visitor
The authorised security officer must tell the visitor in general terms of— the officer’s powers in relation to the search; and how the search is to be carried out; and the visitor’s rights under this division.
- (a) the officer’s powers in relation to the search; and
- (b) how the search is to be carried out; and
- (c) the visitor’s rights under this division.
