sec.381 Defect in relation to a warrant
A warrant for apprehension of a person is not invalidated by a defect in— the warrant; or compliance with this division; unless the defect affects the substance of the warrant in a material particular. In this section— warrant for apprehension includes a duplicate warrant under section 380 (3) . (sec.381-ssec.1) A warrant for apprehension of a person is not invalidated by a defect in— the warrant; or compliance with this division; unless the defect affects the substance of the warrant in a material particular.
