sec.365 Limitation on requirement to return particular absent persons
This section applies if a person absconds while being lawfully detained— under a recommendation for assessment; or before the end of the assessment period for the person; or under an examination authority; or under section 36 . An authorisation or request under section 364 to transport the person is in force for 3 days after the day the person absconds. (sec.365-ssec.1) This section applies if a person absconds while being lawfully detained— under a recommendation for assessment; or before the end of the assessment period for the person; or under an examination authority; or under section 36 . - (a) under a recommendation for assessment; or
