sec.298 Appointment
There is a Chief Psychiatrist. The chief psychiatrist is appointed by the Governor in Council under this Act and not the Public Sector Act 2022 . The chief psychiatrist must be a psychiatrist. s 298 amd 2022 No. 34 s 365 sch 3 (sec.298-ssec.1) There is a Chief Psychiatrist. (sec.298-ssec.2) The chief psychiatrist is appointed by the Governor in Council under this Act and not the Public Sector Act 2022 . (sec.298-ssec.3) The chief psychiatrist must be a psychiatrist.
