sec.153 Status of forensic order or treatment support order if amended
A forensic order or treatment support order made under this part has effect subject to any amendment of the order— by the tribunal under chapter 12 ; or by an authorised doctor under section 212 or 216 . The order, as amended, continues as an order of the Mental Health Court.
