96 ACAT must consider assessment—forensic mental health (1) Before making a forensic mental health order in relation to a person, the ACAT must consider— (a) an assessment of the person conducted under an assessment (b) another assessment of the person that the ACAT considers (2) In considering an assessment, the ACAT must take into account how recently the assessment was conducted.
