93 Definitions—pt 7.1 relevant official, for a forensic mental health order, means— (a) for a forensic psychiatric treatment order—the chief psychiatrist; or (b) for a forensic community care order—the care coordinator. relevant person, for a forensic mental health order application means— (a) for a forensic psychiatric treatment order—the chief psychiatrist; and (b) for a forensic community care order—a person who can make the statement required under section 94 (3) (a) for the application.
