47 Person to be assessed to be told about order (1) This section applies if an assessment is to be conducted at an approved mental health facility or other place under an assessment (2) The person in charge of the approved mental health facility or other place must, before the assessment is conducted, ensure that the person to be assessed is told about the assessment order, including the process of assessment and possible outcomes of an assessment, in a way that the person is most likely to understand. (3) This section applies even if the person to be assessed was present when the order was made.
