25 Rights in relation to advance agreements and advance consent directions The representative of the treating team for a person with a mental disorder or mental illness must, as soon as practicable, ensure that the (a) is told that the person may enter into an advance agreement; and (b) is given the opportunity to enter into an advance agreement; and (c) is told that the person may make an advance consent direction; and (d) is given the opportunity to make an advance consent direction; and
