239 Functions of mental health advisory council The mental health advisory council has the following functions: (a) advising the Minister about— (i) emerging or urgent mental health issues; and (ii) mental health service reforms; and (iii) mental health policy; and (iv) mental health legislative change; and (v) anything else in relation to mental health requested by the Minister; (b) any other function given to the council under this Act.
