206 Ending appointment—care coordinator (1) The Minister may end the appointment of the care coordinator— (a) for misbehaviour; or (b) for physical or mental incapacity, if the incapacity substantially affects the exercise of the person’s functions. (2) The Minister must end the appointment of the care coordinator if the care coordinator stops being eligible to hold the office of care coordinator.
