199 Ending appointment—chief psychiatrist (1) The Minister may end the appointment of the chief psychiatrist— (a) for misbehaviour; or (b) for physical or mental incapacity, if the incapacity substantially affects the exercise of the person’s functions. (2) The Minister must end the appointment of the chief psychiatrist if the chief psychiatrist stops being eligible to hold the office of chief psychiatrist.
