187 Applications (1) This section applies to an application to the ACAT under this Act. (2) The ACAT must, as soon as practicable but not longer than 24 hours after the application is lodged, give a copy of the application to— (a) the public advocate; and (b) if the subject person is a child—the CYP director-general.
