181 Contravention of conditions of release (a) the ACAT orders the release of a person subject to a condition under section 180 (4); and (b) the person contravenes the condition. (2) The chief psychiatrist must tell the ACAT of the contravention, in writing, as soon as practicable after becoming aware of the contravention.
