142A Definitions—pt 8.4 health director-general means the director-general responsible for this chapter. relevant director-general means— (a) for a correctional patient who is taken to be in the custody of the director-general under chapter 8A (Transfer of custody—secure mental health facility)—the health director-general; and (b) for any other correctional patient— (i) if the patient is a detainee—the corrections (ii) if the patient is a young detainee—the CYP director-general.
