230 Administration of Act
Until provision is made in relation to this Act by order under section 4 of the Administrative Arrangements Act 1990 –
(a) [Section 230 Amended by No. 69 of 2013, Sched. 1, Applied:17 Feb 2014] the administration of this Act, other than Parts 2 and 3 of Chapter 3, is assigned to the Minister for Health; and
(b) [Section 230 Amended by No. 69 of 2013, Sched. 1, Applied:17 Feb 2014] the department responsible to that Minister in relation to the administration of this Act, other than those Parts, is the Department of Health and Human Services; and
(c) [Section 230 Amended by No. 69 of 2013, Sched. 1, Applied:17 Feb 2014] the administration of Parts 2 and 3 of Chapter 3 is assigned to the Minister for Justice; and
(d) [Section 230 Amended by No. 69 of 2013, Sched. 1, Applied:17 Feb 2014] the department responsible to that Minister in relation to the administration of those Parts is the Department of Justice.
