[Section 2 Amended by No. 69 of 2013, Sched. 2, Applied:17 Feb 2014] The provisions of this Act commence on a day or days to be proclaimed but, if not all of the provisions have commenced before 17 February 2014, the provisions of this Act that have not commenced before that date commence on that date.
