166 Annual report
(1) [Section 166 Subsection (1) amended by S.R. 2020, No. 20, Applied:25 Mar 2020] The Principal Official Visitor, before 30 September after the end of each financial year, is to give the responsible Minister a report on the activities of Official Visitors during that financial year.
(2) [Section 166 Subsection (2) amended by S.R. 2020, No. 20, Applied:25 Mar 2020] The responsible Minister may direct the Principal Official Visitor to prepare the report in a particular way or include particular information in the report.
(3) [Section 166 Subsection (3) amended by S.R. 2020, No. 20, Applied:25 Mar 2020] The responsible Minister is to cause a copy of the report to be laid before each House of Parliament within 10 sitting-days of that House after receiving the report.
