[Section 148 Amended by No. 4 of 2023, s. 138, Applied:25 Sep 2023] Notwithstanding the State Service Act 2000 , in acting or forming any opinion in clinical matters the Chief Psychiatrist is not subject to the direction of the Minister or any other person.
