145 Term of office
[Section 145 Amended by No. 4 of 2023, s. 135, Applied:25 Sep 2023] The Chief Psychiatrist –
(a) holds office for such term not exceeding 5 years as is specified in his or her instrument of appointment; and
(b) may, if eligible, be reappointed.
