100 Visitor identity
(1) A responsible official may require a person seeking to enter an SMHU as a visitor to provide proof of identity or status.
(2) [Section 100 Subsection (2) amended by No. 4 of 2023, s. 109, Applied:25 Sep 2023] The required proof of identity may extend to fingerprints or other biometric data approved by standing orders.
(3) This section applies to any visitor, including a privileged visitor.
