#### 60 Procedures at facility after breach notice or breach order 60 Procedures at facility after breach notice or breach order > > (1) An affected person who is at a mental health facility as a result of the giving of a breach notice or a breach order— > > > > > (a) may be given treatment in accordance with the community treatment order, and > > > > > (b) may be assessed by a medical practitioner for involuntary admission to a mental health facility. > > > (2) A person who is at a mental health facility as a result of a breach notice or breach order may be released after treatment if treatment is accepted or may be dealt with at the mental health facility or taken to another declared mental health facility if treatment is refused.
