#### 187 Regulations relating to apprehension of persons 187 Regulations relating to apprehension of persons (cf 1990 Act, s 286Q) > The regulations may make provision for or with respect to the following matters— > > > (a) the kinds of warrants, orders or other documents that may be recognised in this State for the purposes of this Part, > > > (b) the conditions (if any) to be met before a warrant, order or other document can be recognised in this State, > > > (c) the circumstances when a person is taken to be liable to be apprehended under a corresponding law, > > > (d) the persons (including interstate persons) who may apprehend a person under this Part, > > > (e) the mental health facilities and places to which a person can be taken under this Part (whether in this State or another State), > > > (f) the actions (including transfer to the other State) that may be taken in respect of a person detained under this Part.
