184 Recognition of interstate community treatment orders
> > (1) An interstate community treatment order may be recognised in this State as if it were a community treatment order made by the Tribunal under this Act or the [Mental Health and Cognitive Impairment Forensic Provisions Act 2020](/view/html/inforce/current/act-2020-012), if the conditions for recognition set out in the regulations are met.
>
> > (2) An interstate community treatment order recognised under this section is taken to be a community treatment order made under this Act or the [Mental Health and Cognitive Impairment Forensic Provisions Act 2020](/view/html/inforce/current/act-2020-012) and this Act and the [Mental Health and Cognitive Impairment Forensic Provisions Act 2020](/view/html/inforce/current/act-2020-012) apply accordingly, except as provided by the regulations.

> > (3) The regulations may make provision for or with respect to the declared mental health facilities that may give effect to an interstate community treatment order recognised under this section.
