#### 173 New South Wales officers may exercise functions under corresponding laws 173 New South Wales officers may exercise functions under corresponding laws (cf 1990 Act, s 286E) > Subject to the provisions of any agreement under this Part, an authorised medical officer or other person authorised by the Minister for the purposes of this section, may exercise any function conferred on him or her by or under a corresponding law or an agreement under this Part.
