162A Tribunal may request information or services from other agencies
> > (1) The Tribunal may request the Ministry of Health, a local health district, the Commissioner of Corrective Services, the Secretary of the Department of Justice or any other person or body prescribed by the regulations to provide the Tribunal with information as to whether or not action has been taken, and what actions have been taken, in relation to orders made by the Tribunal under this Act or the [Mental Health and Cognitive Impairment Forensic Provisions Act 2020](/view/html/inforce/current/act-2020-012).
