#### 142 Registrar and other staff of the Tribunal 142 Registrar and other staff of the Tribunal (cf 1990 Act, s 256) > > (1) A Registrar and such persons as may be necessary to enable the Tribunal to exercise its functions may be employed in the Public Service under the [Government Sector Employment Act 2013](/view/html/inforce/current/act-2013-040). > > > > Note. > > > > Section 59 of the [Government Sector Employment Act 2013](/view/html/inforce/current/act-2013-040) provides that the persons so employed (or whose services the Tribunal makes use of) may be referred to as officers or employees, or members of staff, of the Tribunal.
