#### 108 Annual report 108 Annual report (cf 1990 Act, s 301) > > (1) The Secretary must, as soon as practicable after 30 June in each year, cause to be prepared and forwarded to the Minister a report as to the matters relating to mental health services that are prescribed by the regulations for the 12 months preceding that date. > > > (2) The Minister is required to lay the report, or cause it to be laid, before each House of Parliament as soon as practicable after the receipt by the Minister of the report. > > > (3) Any report required to be made under this section may be included in the annual reporting information prepared for the Ministry of Health under the [Government Sector Finance Act 2018](/view/html/inforce/current/act-2018-055). > > **s 108:** Am 2018 No 70, Sch 4.67\[1\].
