#### 7 Conditions of employment 7 Conditions of employment > > (1) The Premier may from time to time determine the conditions of employment of persons employed under this Part. > > > (2) The conditions of employment of a person employed under this Part are, except in so far as provision is otherwise made by the person’s written agreement of employment, such as may be fixed by a determination made under this section.
