#### 25 Other liability of members of Parliament as employers 25 Other liability of members of Parliament as employers > > (1) Any liability incurred under any Act or law by a member of Parliament in his or her capacity as the employer of persons under this Part is taken to be the liability of the office of the relevant Presiding Officer. > > > (2) Subsection (1) does not affect the liability of a member of Parliament for any act or omission for which the member would be liable if the member were not an employer of persons under this Part.
