98 Emergency management S. 98(1) substituted by No. 50/1998 s. 28. (1) The Link corporation and the Extension Corporation are deemed to be government agencies for the purposes of Part 5 of the **Emergency Management Act 1986**. S. 98(2) substituted by No. 50/1998 s. 28. (2) Subsection (1) does not prevent the Link corporation or the Extension corporation from receiving compensation under section 24 of the **Emergency Management Act 1986** for the taking and use of the corporation's property under that section. (3) This section applies despite anything to the contrary in the Agreement.
