56U Limitation of liability Except as provided in this Division, the Link corporation is not liable to pay damages or other compensation to the Utility or any other person as a result of any effect of the Link Upgrade Project on— (a) the Utility infrastructure of the Utility; or (b) the provision of infrastructure services by the Utility using Utility infrastructure.
