56K Notice to Minister if Utility cannot be found or fails to respond The Link corporation may notify the Minister and the Head, Transport for Victoria if— (a) a Utility fails to comply with a request under section 56I within 2 business days after being given a notice under that section; or (b) the Link corporation is unable to identify the Utility that owns or operates unnotified Utility infrastructure within 2 business days after the discovery of the infrastructure.
