56H Duties of Link corporation If the Link corporation or the holder of a construction permit discovers unnotified Utility infrastructure while Link Upgrade construction work is being carried out, the Link corporation must— (a) take all reasonable steps to identify the Utility that owns or operates that Utility infrastructure; and (b) give notice of the Utility infrastructure to— (i) the Road Corporation; and (ii) the relevant Utility Minister.
