56 Duty of Utility to give notice A Utility must, within the time required in the notice given under section 55, give notice in writing to the Link corporation— (a) setting out the nature and location of the Utility infrastructure of the Utility in the Link Upgrade construction area; and (b) stating whether or not the Utility believes that the Utility infrastructure will be affected by the Link Upgrade construction work.
