12D Certain instruments are not legislative instruments under Subordinate Legislation Act 1994 The following instruments made under this Act are not legislative instruments for the purposes of the **Subordinate Legislation Act 1994**— (a) an agreement to vary all or any of the provisions of the Agreement under section 15(1); (b) a variation of all or any of the provisions of the Agreement under section 15(1A); (c) an agreement to vary all or any of the provisions of the Integration and Facilitation Agreement under section 15B(1); (d) a variation of all or any of the provisions of the Integration and Facilitation Agreement made under section 15B(2); (e) an agreement to vary all or any of the provisions of the Extension Agreement under section 15D(1); (f) a variation of all or any of the provisions of the Extension Agreement made under section 15D(2).
