120 Application of amendments made by the Road Safety (Amendment) Act 2003 The amendments to section 87 of this Act made by Part 5 of the **Road Safety (Amendment) Act 2003** apply to offences alleged to have been committed before, on or after the commencement of that Part and irrespective of whether or not a charge was filed or a courtesy letter or infringement notice was served before that commencement. New s. 121 inserted by No. 49/2004 s. 17.
