115A Certificates for purposes of evidence—Head, Transport for Victoria and Secretary
A certificate issued by the Head, Transport for Victoria that states any of the following matters is admissible in proceedings under this Act and is evidence of the matters stated in the certificate—
(a) that a licence had or had not been issued to a particular person under this Act; or
S. 115A(b) amended by No. 49/2019 s. 186(Sch. 4 item 28.46(b)).
(b) that the Head, Transport for Victoria or a person authorised by the Head, Transport for Victoria had a right to occupy land under Part 9 of the **Land Acquisition and Compensation Act 1986**.
