115 Certificates for the purposes of evidence In any proceedings under this Act, a certificate, signed by the Chief Executive Officer of the Melbourne City Link Authority, as constituted immediately before the commencement of section 38 of the **Melbourne City Link (Miscellaneous Amendments) Act 2000**, certifying— (a) that a person was or was not an authorised officer at a particular time; or (b) that a licence had or had not been issued to a particular person under this Act or that the Authority or a person authorised by the Authority had a right to occupy land under Part 9 of the **Land Acquisition and Compensation Act 1986**— is evidence of the facts stated in the certificate.
