102 Dispute resolution S. 102(1) amended by Nos 39/1997 s. 18, 50/1998 s. 30. (1) The Governor in Council may determine any dispute or question about anything done or proposed to be done under this Act or any other Act and that arises in relation to, or that may affect, the Project or the Exhibition Street Extension Project or the management or operation of the Link road or the Extension road, if the dispute or question arises between any of the following— (a) a public statutory authority; S. 102(1)(b) amended by Nos 46/1998 s. 7(Sch. 1), 108/2004 s. 117(1) (Sch. 3 item 128). (b) a Department Head within the meaning of the **Public Administration Act 2004**; (c) a Council. (2) A dispute or question can only be referred for determination under subsection (1) on the joint recommendation of the Minister and the Minister administering the Act under which any body concerned is established or operates. (3) The determination has effect despite anything to the contrary in any other Act, and the persons or bodies between which the dispute or question arose are bound by the determination.
