Part 17.1 Overview of dangerous poisons authorisations (2) The conditions are additional to other restrictions on an authorised person’s authority to deal with a dangerous poison. Note Conditions may also be imposed under other provisions of the Act including, for example, s 89 which sets out conditions on licences.
