777 Making entries in prohibited substances registers—Act, (1) The following details for a dealing with a prohibited substance are (c) the prohibited substance, and the form, strength and quantity of the substance, dealt with; (d) if the dealing is receiving the substance—the name and address of the supplier; (e) if the dealing is supplying the substance—the name and address of the person to whom it is supplied; (f) the quantity of the substance held after the dealing. (2) A dealing with a prohibited substance must be entered in the prohibited substances register the person must keep.
