771 Authorisation condition for approval-holders—Act, An approval-holder’s authorisation under section 770 is subject to the condition that the following are kept at the approval-holder’s business premises or, if the chief health officer approves in writing another place, the place approved by the chief health officer, for at least 2 years after the day a prohibited substance is supplied: (a) the filled purchase order; (b) the record for section 773.
