77 Authorisation of CHO to issue standing orders for supply and administration of medicines at walk-in centre—Act, s 42 (b) The chief health officer is authorised to issue a standing order for— (a) the supply of a medicine at a walk-in centre; and (b) the administration of a medicine at a walk-in centre. Note 2 A standing order must be in writing (see Act, dict, def standing order).
