753 Manufacture, supply and use of paints containing pesticides—Act, s 73 (b) (1) A pesticide is prescribed if a paint or tinter containing the pesticide may be manufactured, supplied or used under the medicines and poisons standard. (2) However, subsection (1) does not apply in relation to a paint for human therapeutic use.
