740 Keeping of dangerous poisons registers by certain people—Act, s 48 and s 50 (1) (b) and (2) (b) (1) A person mentioned in table 740, column 2 who possesses a dangerous poison must keep a dangerous poisons register. (2) A person to whom subsection (1) applies must keep a dangerous poisons register for a dangerous poison at the place prescribed in table 740, column 3 for the person.
