711 Restrictions on issuing of dangerous poisons research and education program licences—Act, s 85 (1) (a) The chief health officer must not issue a dangerous poisons research and education program licence to a person unless— (b) the program is approved by a person mentioned in section 710 (2); and (i) cannot be carried out without the use of the dangerous poison to which the licence application relates; and
